This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how FiveToClose (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Site, the Offer Spell™ interactive quiz, email communications, and any purchase of digital products offered on or through the Site.

By accessing the Site, submitting information through any form, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Site or provide personal information to us.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide voluntarily. We may collect personal information that you knowingly submit, including without limitation:

• Email address (and name, if provided) when you complete an opt-in form, including at the conclusion of the Offer Spell™ quiz or on dedicated opt-in pages;
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and correspondence;
• Purchase-related information necessary to process a transaction (billing name, email, and payment confirmation metadata).

The free quiz does not require a telephone number. We do not request phone numbers as a condition of accessing the free quiz experience on this Site.

1.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit or interact with the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage data, such as:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate geolocation derived therefrom;
• Browser type and version, device type, operating system, and screen resolution;
• Referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, clickstream data, and session identifiers;
• Cookie identifiers, local storage values, and similar technologies used for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and traffic-quality assessment.

1.3 Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) or its affiliates. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and applicable payment-card industry standards. We may receive limited transaction metadata (for example, payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers) necessary for fulfillment, accounting, and fraud prevention.

1.4 Quiz and preference data. Answers you select in the Offer Spell™ quiz may be stored in your browser (for example, via local storage) and/or associated with your subsequent email opt-in or purchase for the purpose of generating a personalized “reveal” and improving product delivery. Such answers are treated as user-generated content related to your use of the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal and technical information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Offer Spell™ experience;
• Generate and display personalized quiz results and offer architecture summaries;
• Deliver digital products, download links, and post-purchase access;
• Process transactions, send transactional receipts, and maintain order records;
• Administer email lists, educational sequences, and promotional communications via our email service provider;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• Measure marketing performance, conversion events, and traffic quality;

3. Email Marketing and Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you may receive educational content, product information, announcements, and promotional messages related to Offer Spell™, FiveToClose, and related offers. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at the address below.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically delete records we are required or permitted to retain for transactional, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-compliance purposes.

We may also send non-marketing transactional messages (for example, purchase confirmations, delivery instructions, or responses to support tickets) where permitted by law.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information only as described in this Policy, including:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, subject to contractual or industry-standard confidentiality and use limitations, including without limitation:
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • AWeber — email list management and message delivery;
  • LaunchDock — engagement measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking;
  • isyourtrafficreal.com (or successor traffic-quality tools) — traffic integrity and bot/fraud signals;
  • Hosting, content-delivery, security, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Site.
• Legal and safety disclosures when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FiveToClose, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, attribute traffic sources, measure conversions (including sales events), assess traffic quality, and improve Site performance. You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies; however, some features of the Site may not function properly if cookies or local storage are disabled.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including product delivery, customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. The Site and our products are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your place of residence, applicable law may grant you rights regarding your personal information, which may include rights to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict processing of personal information; to object to certain processing; and/or to data portability. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. International Users

The Site is operated from facilities that may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions that may have data-protection laws different from those of your country of residence. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing to the extent permitted by applicable law.
